We contacted Onestop IT with our service requirements and they swiftly came back with the CallSwitch option. The brilliant thing about this was that the basic package covered all our needs. The consultation process and help with our questions was second to none and made our decision such an easy one. The system was ordered, porting of our number was brilliantly handled by Megan and the installation of the phone system by Hamzah was swift and hugely successful. Within a matter of hours our new system was up and running. Any follow-up questions that we had including the set up of soft phones on mobile devices has proved this to be one of our best business decisions this year.
